Cabbage

Cabbage is another great vegetable to add when looking to lose weight.  Just 16 calories for 1/2 a cup, you can go crazy with this stuff.  If you really want to get wild, bok choy is only 10 calories for the same amount!  It’s a great source of vitamin c, fiber and potassium.  If it’s bok choy you are talking about add beta-caratine and calcium.  There are several different types of cabbage, try them all.  Find the one you love best!

Cabbage Rice/Noodle Alternative

½ – 1 head of cabbage finely chopped into rice sized or noodle size pieces

Your choice of spices

1 cup chicken, vegetable broth or water

Giving up on calorie counting

Hello hello! From now on, I’ll just write down what I’ve eaten without writing down the calories… 

I was focusing too hard on the calories in stead of the healthiness. 

Breakfast: Corn flakes with milk

Snack: mandarin orange

Lunch: 2 slices of brown bread with fresh cheese and slices of cucumber & 1 kiwi

Snack: 1 pear

Supper: Salad with tomato, basil, racket, light mozzarella and almonds + 1 fruit yogurt (light)

Water: 1L

1 Cup of yellow tea (sugar free)

1 Cup of green tea (sugar free)

I’m very proud of myself ! 🙂

Mega cucumber

Mega CucumberWtf? I’ve found this in my fridg. Holy shit…

Eaten too much… and no sport. Omg NOT good…

Yesterday and today, I went out with friends and family. Yesterday, I’ve only eaten salads! Yeaay… But today….

haha 😀 We went to a Turkish Restaurant and they didn’t had healthy food… there was only soup but I didn’t want to drink soup…

So I’ve ordered “Kiymali pide” (Turkish ground beef pide) with veggies… man! I feel so guilty right now 😦  It takes about 500-600 calories.

Yesterday and today, I didn’t go to the gym, didn’t do the insanity workout and I didn’t do the squats 😦

Now, I’m going to do 170 squats! I have to because I’m not going to give up!

 

Stupid cupcake :(

Today …everything went wel …untill I’ve decided to bake some cupcakes for my boyfriend. When the cupcakes were ready,  somebody had to taste it. Nobody at home wanted to try one (because they were very warm). So I tried one 😦 . Now , I’ve decided to eat salads and soup only during this week. I hate you cupcakes!

Breakfast:

  • 1 glass of orange juice 109 calories
  • 1 green apple 60 calories
  • 1 mandarin orange 45 calories
  • 2 toasted white bread. One with light fresh cheese and one with egg salad. 128 + 59 + 150 calories

Dinner:

  • 1 cup of green tea (sugar free) 0 calories
  • 1 slice of white bread 67 calories
  • 150 ml  7 whole grain cereals  176 calories

Supper:

  • 1 plate of  tarhana soup 80 calories
  • 2 x rusk with light fresh cheese 82 + 59 calories
  • 1 tomato 16 calories
  • 1 mandarin orange 45 calories

Snack:

  • 1 cup of green tea (sugar free) 0 calories

Late night SNACK:

  • 1 apple cinnamon cupcake (without the topping :p) 370 calories

Water: 2L 0 calories

 

Total: 1446 calories (oh not that bad 🙂 )

Hi Hiii 😀 Today was so hard for me. My mommy have bought a lot of chocolate cookies :-S BUTTT I haven’t eaten it… so proud! I hope that my brother and sister will eat it untill tomorrow… 🙂

Today, I didn’t feel that well. I haven’t eaten that much :S

Oh no… problems with binge eating !

Today, I feel very bad. I want to eat so much ! I have this “binge eating disorder” monthly… during one week before my period. God I hate this. I’ve woken up very late today so my breakfast was at the time when I usually have my dinner… Not good!

  • 3 x peynirli tava boregi/ 3 slices of  pan baked Turkish patty (with feta cheese) 600 cal ( I Knowww 😦 but I couldn’t handle it! I’m going to do my insanity workout in the evening so it will burnnn Naaaah)
