Yesterday, I felt very bad because the gym was closed. I’ve decided to do the insanity workout (Plyometric cardio circuit) on my own. Man that felt great!
After that, I’ve done 180 squats!
Today , that will be 190 squats… I’m on my way to get that ASS !!! 😀 peace out x
Yesterday and today, I went out with friends and family. Yesterday, I’ve only eaten salads! Yeaay… But today….
haha 😀 We went to a Turkish Restaurant and they didn’t had healthy food… there was only soup but I didn’t want to drink soup…
So I’ve ordered “Kiymali pide” (Turkish ground beef pide) with veggies… man! I feel so guilty right now 😦 It takes about 500-600 calories.
Yesterday and today, I didn’t go to the gym, didn’t do the insanity workout and I didn’t do the squats 😦
Now, I’m going to do 170 squats! I have to because I’m not going to give up!
When I was awake, I started doing 150 squats. I was tired already…
In the evening, I ‘ve been to the gym. 45 minutes threadmill + 45 minutes crosstrainer + 15 minutes abdominal exercises+ biceps & triceps exercises and culf muscle exercises with weight. That felt GOOD ! I mean, reaallyy reaally good! Okay, I was dying there… but after my workouts, I was feeling like “Dammnnn I’m hot and I’m the best” 😛
🙂 I can’t wait till Monday! ( = weighing day remember 😀 )
Today … I thought I was dying! Insanity day 5: Pure cardio was very hard! It was like: Sayy whattt??!! I had problems with breathing but I didn’t give up. I have done it with my workout buddy so it was kinda fun …but seriously, I really thought I was dying. I wanted to kill Shaun T 😀 but I didn’t mean it haha
Andddd do not forget the February squats! I’ve done 140 squats today. That was very hard too 😦 .
Today, I’ll go the gym for 100 minutes: 40 minutes treadmill + 50 minutes cross trainer + 10 minutes abdominal exercises, biceps & triceps exercises. (Last visit to the gym: 5 days ago! Shame on me 😦 )
AND!!!! I have to do 130 squats today. I think I’m going to do it NOW 😀 .
Today (10/02), I’ve done the insanity workout programm day 4 Cardio Recovery. It was totally OK. Stretch exercises,…
I’ve done it together with my bestfriend. She’s my workout buddy :-P. Exercising can be fun when you’re not alone! So pick up a workout buddy and go for it… You will laugh etc… and won’t give up that easy.
Tomorrow…I’ll go to the gym again. I’ve kinda missed it :S .
Today will be a very busy day for me. I don’t have the time to go the gym or to do the insanity workout.
I will do 120 squats today and tomorrow, I will do the insanity workout programm day 4 with my bestfriend.
I can’t do a lot and I can’t weigh myself… because one of these days, I will get my period =(
I always feel very bloated before my period. I hope it will come and end very soon so I can weigh myself!
Today, I didn’t go to the gym because my thigh and calf muscles do hurt so much… so I’ve decided to stay at home.
But I’ve done 100 squats this morning because I didn’t do it yesterday. This evening, I will do 110 squats. I hope this will have a positive effect on my body :).
I’m also going to a Turkish dance event this evening (ladies only 🙂 ) . I’m going to dance for fun and to burn calories ! Yeahh burning calories can be fun 🙂
