Hi hi! I know I didn’t post that much the last days…
You are probably wondering if I’ve lost some weight, right?
Well, I don’t go to the gym anymore because of my budget. I still do insanity at home and I still eat healthy.
My current weight is: 62,4 kg.
When I was awake, I started doing 150 squats. I was tired already…
In the evening, I ‘ve been to the gym. 45 minutes threadmill + 45 minutes crosstrainer + 15 minutes abdominal exercises+ biceps & triceps exercises and culf muscle exercises with weight. That felt GOOD ! I mean, reaallyy reaally good! Okay, I was dying there… but after my workouts, I was feeling like “Dammnnn I’m hot and I’m the best” 😛
