Too busy :(

Hi hi! I know I didn’t post that much the last days… 

You are probably wondering if I’ve lost some weight, right?

Well, I don’t go to the gym anymore because of my budget. I still do insanity at home and I still eat healthy.

My current weight is: 62,4 kg. 

Being sick.. ughh

I didn’t post that much the last days. I was sick and busy doing projects 😦 . I didn’t eat that much but when I ate something, it was healthy: soup, fruit, vegetables,…

But today… I’ve eaten a Turkish durum 😥 fuck! But….!! With chicken and ketchup 😛 so it is not that bad? or is it? who cares! it was delicious okay? :p

My last visit to the gym was last Friday. So when I’m feeling well again, I’ll go to the gym again. I hope that I’ll go tomorrow because I’m feeling very lazy and bloated.

Giving up on calorie counting

Hello hello! From now on, I’ll just write down what I’ve eaten without writing down the calories… 

I was focusing too hard on the calories in stead of the healthiness. 

Breakfast: Corn flakes with milk

Snack: mandarin orange

Lunch: 2 slices of brown bread with fresh cheese and slices of cucumber & 1 kiwi

Snack: 1 pear

Supper: Salad with tomato, basil, racket, light mozzarella and almonds + 1 fruit yogurt (light)

Water: 1L

1 Cup of yellow tea (sugar free)

1 Cup of green tea (sugar free)

I’m very proud of myself ! 🙂

Eaten too much… and no sport. Omg NOT good…

Yesterday and today, I went out with friends and family. Yesterday, I’ve only eaten salads! Yeaay… But today….

haha 😀 We went to a Turkish Restaurant and they didn’t had healthy food… there was only soup but I didn’t want to drink soup…

So I’ve ordered “Kiymali pide” (Turkish ground beef pide) with veggies… man! I feel so guilty right now 😦  It takes about 500-600 calories.

Yesterday and today, I didn’t go to the gym, didn’t do the insanity workout and I didn’t do the squats 😦

Now, I’m going to do 170 squats! I have to because I’m not going to give up!

Supper:

  • 1 plate of vermicelli soup with tomatoes (Turkish) 120 calories

Water: 1,5 L 0 calories

 

Total: 933 cal

Today, I didn’t feel that well. I haven’t eaten that much :S
