Too busy :(

Hi hi! I know I didn’t post that much the last days… 

You are probably wondering if I’ve lost some weight, right?

Well, I don’t go to the gym anymore because of my budget. I still do insanity at home and I still eat healthy.

My current weight is: 62,4 kg.

Being sick.. ughh

I didn’t post that much the last days. I was sick and busy doing projects 😦 . I didn’t eat that much but when I ate something, it was healthy: soup, fruit, vegetables,…

But today… I’ve eaten a Turkish durum 😥 fuck! But….!! With chicken and ketchup 😛 so it is not that bad? or is it? who cares! it was delicious okay? :p

My last visit to the gym was last Friday. So when I’m feeling well again, I’ll go to the gym again. I hope that I’ll go tomorrow because I’m feeling very lazy and bloated.

Ow yeah I love weighing days

I,ve achieved my first target weight!!! (65kg) up to target weight number 2 => 60kg

No weighing today…

I know I KNOW! I had to weigh myself…but I’m still on my period now so I have to wait untill next Monday…

I hope that I’ll weigh <66 kg 😦

Eaten too much… and no sport. Omg NOT good…

Yesterday and today, I went out with friends and family. Yesterday, I’ve only eaten salads! Yeaay… But today….

haha 😀 We went to a Turkish Restaurant and they didn’t had healthy food… there was only soup but I didn’t want to drink soup…

So I’ve ordered “Kiymali pide” (Turkish ground beef pide) with veggies… man! I feel so guilty right now 😦  It takes about 500-600 calories.

Yesterday and today, I didn’t go to the gym, didn’t do the insanity workout and I didn’t do the squats 😦

Now, I’m going to do 170 squats! I have to because I’m not going to give up!

 

Stupid cupcake :(

Today …everything went wel …untill I’ve decided to bake some cupcakes for my boyfriend. When the cupcakes were ready,  somebody had to taste it. Nobody at home wanted to try one (because they were very warm). So I tried one 😦 . Now , I’ve decided to eat salads and soup only during this week. I hate you cupcakes!

Breakfast:

  • 1 glass of orange juice 109 calories
  • 1 green apple 60 calories
  • 1 mandarin orange 45 calories
  • 2 toasted white bread. One with light fresh cheese and one with egg salad. 128 + 59 + 150 calories

Dinner:

  • 1 cup of green tea (sugar free) 0 calories
  • 1 slice of white bread 67 calories
  • 150 ml  7 whole grain cereals  176 calories

Supper:

  • 1 plate of  tarhana soup 80 calories
  • 2 x rusk with light fresh cheese 82 + 59 calories
  • 1 tomato 16 calories
  • 1 mandarin orange 45 calories

Snack:

  • 1 cup of green tea (sugar free) 0 calories

Late night SNACK:

  • 1 apple cinnamon cupcake (without the topping :p) 370 calories

Water: 2L 0 calories

 

Total: 1446 calories (oh not that bad 🙂 )

Insanity … pure cardio WTH??!!

Today … I thought I was dying! Insanity day 5: Pure cardio was very hard! It was like: Sayy whattt??!!  I had problems with breathing but I didn’t give up. I have done it with my workout buddy so it was kinda fun …but seriously, I really thought I was dying. I wanted to kill Shaun T 😀 but I didn’t mean it haha

Andddd do not forget the February squats! I’ve done 140 squats today. That was very hard too 😦 .
